Shipping Policy

JN Collection Boutique is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Normal processing is 1-3 business days. Once you receive the shipment confirmation email, please allow 24hrs for the tracking number to be activated. Tracking Identification numbers will be sent automatically to the email address on file. 

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days within the US, in the event that an ordered item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative, or a full refund. All orders require signature confirmation. After placing your order your will typically receive it within 7-10 business days.

If you have a special date you need your item(s) received by, please add your request to the special instructions box located at checkout. We will do our best to meet any special deadlines however it is not guaranteed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you can create an account with us and check your order status. After your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number through your email on file. The email will included a link that takes you directly to USPS or UPS website to track your order and follow your order on its way to you. All orders require a signature confirmation.

When will I receive my order?

After your order is placed, processing time is 1-3 business days + your shipping selection. Please refer the list of timeframes for USPS shipping when checking out. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase. 

What happens if I was unable to sign for my order? 

Unfortunately, we only allow one shipment per order. If your package is delivered back to us and you would like us to re-ship it back to you, it is the costumer's responsibility to pay for re-shipment.
