JN Collection Boutique is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Normal processing is 1-3 business days. Once you receive the shipment confirmation email, please allow 24hrs for the tracking number to be activated. Tracking Identification numbers will be sent automatically to the email address on file. 

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days within the US, in the event that an ordered item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative, or a full refund. After placing your order you will typically receive it within 2-3 business days.
