What is my shipping timeframe?

Standard processing timeframes are between 1-3 business days. After placing your order you will typically receive it within 2-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties, and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

Please note, international orders may be subject to fraud prevention protocol. In this case, we will require a copy of the credit card used for purchase with matching photo identification.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you can create an account with us and check your order status. After your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number through your email on file. The email will included a link that takes you directly to USPS or UPS website to track your order and follow your order on its way to you. All orders require a signature confirmation.

When will I receive my order?

After your order is placed, processing time is 1-3 business days + the shipping option of your choosing. Please refer to the chart for the timeframe of USPS shipping. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.
