Return Policy

JN Collection Boutique is made to make you feel good, and we back it up with our return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase from www.jncollection.com simply contact us within 15 days and we will issue you an exchange or return for store credit. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds (no exceptions), only exchange or return for store credit. While we hope it does not come to that, we will make the process as painless as possible. 

1. For all exchange/returns please email support@jncollection.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number and shipping label. 

2. Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to exchange or return for store credit.

3. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a return authorization number and return label. 

4. JN Collection is fully committed to customer satisfaction. We also understand that you may have a change of mind in which case we are happy to work with you in any which way possible. We will not be able to offer you an exchange or return for store credit unless the product is unused and in its original package and tags attached. 

5. JN Collection cannot take responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.

6. Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition ( with tags) may be exchanged or returned for store credit up to 15 days after receiving your order.

7. You can choose between an exchange or return for store credit when purchased items meet our requirements. However this will not apply if item(s) have been incorrectly shipped, or are different to the product purchased on the website.

 

8. After receiving your exchange or return, we will verify your item(s) meet our requirements and if approved, we will issue an exchange or return for store credit within 48-72 hours. An email confirmation will be sent to the address on file.
